Job Overview:

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning and safety of our facilities. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **General Maintenance:**
   - Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing repairs, electrical work, and carpentry, to address issues in various areas of the facility.
   - Inspect and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure they are in working order.
   - Conduct regular checks of building systems, including lighting, plumbing fixtures, and electrical outlets, and make necessary repairs.

2. **Repairs and Troubleshooting:**
   - Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues reported by staff or residents, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
   - Repair or replace faulty appliances, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
   - Address minor structural issues, such as drywall repairs and door/window adjustments.

3. **Painting and Finishing:**
   - Paint interior and exterior surfaces as required, including walls, ceilings, doors, and trim.
